Feeling Old? Check this out!

Beloit College has released its annual Mindset List, designed to give the school's professors insight into the worldview of incoming freshman. Tom McBride, a humanities professor at the Wisconsin school who has compiled the list for seven years, tells the AP the list reminds professor of such things as, quote, "If they are going to teach Watergate, they have to explain what it is first." Following are some of the items from this year's Mindset List for the Class of 2009, who were born in 1987:

"Andy Warhol, Liberace, Jackie Gleason and Lee Marvin have always been dead."
"With little need to practice, most of them do not know how to tie a tie."
"Pay-per-view television has always been an option."
"They learned to count with Lotus 1-2-3."
"Voice mail has always been available."
"Condoms have always been advertised on television."
"For daily caffeine emergencies, Starbucks has always been around the corner."
"They have grown up in a single superpower world."
"They never saw the shuttle Challenger fly."
"Black Americans have always been known as African-Americans."
"They never saw Pat Sajak or Arsenio Hall host a late night television show."
"America's Funniest Home Videos has always been on television."
